Dallas House Lecture

The house lecture in Dallas a couple weeks ago was awesome!

I presented some of the basic ideas from the book in two forty-minute sessions, and the discussion afterward lasted more than an hour (then a small group of us hung out around the kitchen table until the wee hours!). These folks had some excellent and challenging questions and comments, convincing me that this is a topic people are interested in and thinking about.

My presentation basically focused on the true nature of matter and energy, the character and power of God that is woven throughout all of His physical creation, and that He has promised to us that same power in order to affect the lives of those around us and to bring heaven to earth. It’s a powerful, biblical truth that can completely transform our lifestyles and our levels of peace and provision in this life. I’m hoping to make some excerpts from the talk available soon.

I am also working on a video that will summarize the book and perhaps introduce you to some ideas about ultimate reality that perhaps you haven’t thought of before. Watch this website and Youtube for the introductory video “Prayer, Quantum Physics and Hotel Mattresses.”
