Five Building Blocks: Conclusion
Now we conclude the “Five Building Blocks to dissolving the barrier between the seen and the unseen realms.” This series of articles have included a nod to my book Prayer, Quantum Physics and Hotel Mattresses but also point toward my new book-in-process. Stay tuned here for upcoming information and excerpts from the new book with the working title “Faith Is…”
In case you need a refresher, here are the links to the Five Building Blocks:

CONCLUSION: BUILDING WITH BLOCKS
So let’s try to assemble these five building blocks into some kind of coherent structure that we can use to move forward into an incredible life that is full of the life and energy of God’s Spirit. I picture these blocks as being built up in three layers, with the first two on the bottom, the next two on top of them, and Block #5 reaching across the width of the stack like this:
Building Block #1:
Matter is energy.
Energy is alive.
Electromagnetic Energy comes in little packets called photons.
Photons are the quanta of light, or the packet of energy that light is transmitted through.
God is light.
God spoke all of this energy into existence by His will and His Word.
This energy is present throughout the entire universe, and it is permeated by the presence of God,
AND…
Building Block #2:
…Matter and consciousness are intimately intertwined.
Consciousness affects the behavior of matter on a subatomic level.
The very existence of matter depends upon consciousness – one cannot exist without the other.
All matter is affected by consciousness, and is held together by consciousness
When the quantum wave collapses, a decision is made in the quantum realm that can manifest physically,
And the will of God is often the catalyst that can cause the quantum wave to collapse,
SO…
Building Block #3:
…God’s consciousness permeates the known universe.
The energy of the Spirit of Jesus holds all things together in real time.
The miracles of Jesus were literally the re-arrangement and redistribution of these little energy packets into loaves and fishes, healed limbs, fresh new skin and water into wine.
The conscious spirit energy of Jesus – whatever that means (it’s the power of the Holy Spirit, and I don’t think we can ever fully understand that in this lifetime) – is what heals bodies, saves souls, delivers from demonic forces, and provides physical provisions.
Jesus has freely shared His own wisdom and even his own mind with us because we have been given the mind of Christ,
WHICH MEANS…
Building Block #4:
…God’s consciousness is also your consciousness.
We have the mind of Christ.
We are one with Christ in our spirits, and therefore have all the answers, all the wisdom, all the knowledge and all the miracle-working power of Jesus within us.
God freely shares Himself with us in order to bring glory to Himself and to Jesus.
God is a creative Spirit, who created the universe and everything in it. Therefore we are creative spirits because are one with His spirit.
So, since you are a creative spirit with supernatural power at your disposal…
THEREFORE…
Building Block #5:
…Your consciousness creates the world around you – your circumstances, your emotional realities, your physical provisions, your attitudes.
Whether for good or bad – (“As he thinks in his heart, so is he”) – your mind is creating your reality because that’s the way God designed the universe.
Matter was created by spoken words, therefore it responds to spoken words. This is proven even in secular medical trials where positive thinking and language has been proven to cure diseases!
Your consciousness has a major effect on the quantum wave, and you can command its collapse, causing physical manifestations according to the will of God in Christ.
THE CONSEQUENCES:
If your consciousness creates the world around you, then how crucial it is that these thought processes are submitted to the Holy Spirit! We have all seen the power of thoughts. There is no willful physical action undertaken by anyone at any time in human history that was not preceded by a thought.
– Thoughts start world wars.
– Thoughts initiate murders and violent crimes.
– Thoughts initiate troubles – or harmony – between husbands and wives, children and parents, workers and bosses, governments and citizens.
– Thoughts compelled Mother Teresa to love people the ways she did.
– Thoughts convinced Jesus to go through with the whole crucifixion even though he knew the incredible agony he would be suffering, even to the point that in the struggle in the garden he would sweat drops of blood.
– Thoughts demolish rainforest and pollute the oceans.
– Thoughts allow you understand the things I’m talking about right now.
– Thoughts nurture babies and train them into adults who love and honor God.
– Thoughts cause us to choose love instead of hate.
– Blessings intend of cursing.
– Good deeds instead of violence.
– Communing with God instead of fighting against Him.
Your thoughts have an incredible impact on the quality and direction of your life. They can change physical circumstances. They can be a conduit for miracles. They can be an avenue for you to speak blessings upon people who need it. Your thoughts can literally save lives. Or destroy them.
Your thoughts affect the atmosphere around you, which means when you walk into a room, and if you are one with Christ and you are actively manifesting your spirit man, then you change the atmosphere when you walk into a room. You have all experienced the feeling in the atmosphere when a particular person walks up, whether for better of for worse. Some people bring a cold aura into the room, and I’m not talking about new age philosophy. Others bring warmth and spiritual calm and peace with them, and it is often tangible.
Your thoughts, your intentions, your spirit man, all have a literal effect on your physical location, but it’s not limited to that. You can pray for someone on the other side of the world and cause the quantum wave to collapse and cause a miraculous healing because that realm of existence does not obey the laws of nature nor the speed of light. Remember, while that supernatural realm of existence often has a direct effect on the immediate atmosphere, in no way is it limited to that because we are talking about the actual fabric of space time. You are one with Jesus, and the consciousness of Jesus permeates the entire universe, therefore your consciousness and thoughts can have an effect anywhere in the universe.
It’s not about the power of the thoughts themselves. It’s not about some supernatural ability that abides in our flesh that we can turn on like a switch whenever we want to impress people. It’s about us allowing the Holy Spirit of Jesus to flow through us, in ways that are initiated by our willing minds that are creating thoughts that line up with the truth of the Scriptures.
It’s about using our consciousness to change the atmosphere when we walk into a room.
It’s about actively thinking, all day every day in every circumstance, how I can act or talk is a way that will bless the people I am with.
It’s about this prayer, in Ephesians 1:17-21, prayed on behalf of you by the Apostle Paul nearly two thousand years ago, coming true in every way, shape and form:
I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.
These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.
Come, Lord Jesus. Amen.
